Purpose and Structure
When at a secondary side, High-pressure fluid release into the atmosphere from Safety valve, pressure regulating valves, relief valves, the velocity of fluid is changed to the speed of sound or more the speed of sound in the air. It is casuing friction with the air and generating very loud noise.
In additional, the high-frequency components are formed around a vent and the low-frequency components are formed at a little distance. These noise are forms to combine high-frequency components with the low frequency components.
So in order to reduce the noise frequency, analysis is required and it is most important to find the peak frequency. In accordance with the frequency analysis, our industrial silencers have a diffuser parts to change to the high-frequency into the low-frequency and Expansion Chamber for low-frequency, Acoustic Modules for high-frequency components, Shell and Head.
