Subtor PC pump (Progressive cavity pump) หรือพีซีปั๊ม หรือปั๊มเดือยหมู หรือปั๊มสกรูเดียว (Single screw pump) หรือ Eccentric screw pump เป็นปั๊มชนิดปริมาตรคงที่ (Positive displacement) Subtor เป็นผู้ผลิตที่มีชื่อเสียงจากเยอรมนี (Germany) มีใช้งานทั่วไป อย่างแพร่หลายทั่วโลก การทำงานจะใช้สกรูเดี่ยว (Single screw หรือ rotor) หมุนในเสื้อสูบ (Stator) สกรูจะหมุนพาของใหลให้ใหลตามการหมุนของสกรูผ่านเสื้อสูบ (Stator หรือ Casing) ด้วยปริมาณที่คงที่ในแต่ละรอบ การใช้งานจะมีความเหมาะสมกับของใหลที่หนืดมาก (High viscosity fluid หรือ Slurry) มึสารแขวนลอยมาก (High particle or sediment content)
วัสดุของ Subtor PC pump
วัสดุจะเลือกใช้ จะเลือกให้เหมาะสมกับสมบัติของของใหล เพื่อทนการกัดกร่อน (Corrosion) ของสารเคมี และการขีดข่วน (Abrasion) ของสารแขวนลอยในของใหล (Sediment หรือ Particle)
การนำไปใช้งาน
ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร (Food) ทำน้ำดิบ (Raw water, services water, demineralization water treatment) ขจัดน้ำเสีย (Sewage, Waste water treatment) ขนส่งของใหลที่หนืดมาก (Sludge, thick fluid, high viscous fluid) โคลน (Mud) น้ำมัน (Oil and gas) และปิโตรเคมี (Petrochemical) เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ยังใช้ในการวัดปริมาตรของของใหล (Metering pump)
Subtor ยังสามารถผลิตอะไหล่ทดแทน (Replaceable spare part) ของพีซีปั๊มแบรนด์อื่นได้ด้วย โดยทาง Subtor รับประกันคุณภาพ และความคงทนในการใช้งาน
